Muay thai is often a fighting art of attrition, where opponents exchange blows with one another. Muay Thai Boxing involves using the hands, elbows, knees and feet to physically destruct an opponent.
With training directed toward direct function and application, Muay Thai permits the student to develop functional skills. Considered by many to comprise the ultimate ‘stand up’ martial discipline, Muay Thai practitioners are renowned (and feared!) for their ability to deliver power strikes from all angles.
